From 1 August 2026, every MISUJI restaurant will hold a Hokkaido Fair. Seafood and produce raised by Hokkaido’s abundant nature — we visited the producers ourselves to choose seasonal ingredients found nowhere else.
Taste the land and the season as though you were travelling through Hokkaido itself.

At the two sushi restaurants we are also serving a side-by-side tasting of Hokkaido kitamurasaki sea urchin at its summer peak and Kawakatsu’s wild red sea urchin, the exceptionally rare “phantom Yura” that never reaches the open market.
